This bright and cozy 1 bed room unit offers a very pleasant view of the beach and all its activities. Outfitted with a queen bed, bunks and a sleeper sofa, five can sleep comfortably. Just incase you do not want to eat out every night this unit has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave. Being on the north side of the complex the balcony gets morning sun so that it is not too hot to enjoy lazy afternoons.
The villa has been upgraded. New furniture has been added, including a new sleeper sofa. There is a 32 inch TV in the living area as well as a TV for the master bedroom.
Located near Coligny Circle this unit offers exceptional convenience as it is with in walking distance to almost everything. You do not even need a car when staying in this area. The island's pathway system passes right in front of the complex so if you want to walk or ride a bike you can go for miles.
Within the complex are two large sheltered pools. a picnic area with grills, and an oceanfront sundeck. There's no need to worry about stairs at this complex; there's an elevator, and there's covered parking so your car doesn't get baked or you drenched from a summer afternoon thunderhead. The best part of it all is that the beach is just steps away.
