Our attractive home is located on Gannet, a quiet street in the North Forest Beach area of the island, lot number 162. The property has a new heated pool with a privacy fence. The beach is a short four minute walk, and the shopping, dining, and activities around Coligny Circle are within walking distance.

This non smoking home is uniquely designed, and is able to sleep fourteen. The top level is a three bedroom unit with two baths, living room, dining room, and an updated modern kitchen. Downstairs, there is another fully contained three bedroom two bath unit. The two units have separate entrances, affording the opportunity to vacation together and still have privacy. Carolina rooms are being added to the upstairs and downstairs units to provide additional space for dining, entertaining, and joining the two units.

The top three bedroom unit offers a master bedroom with a king bed, TV,  private bath with shower and whirlpool tub, and a balcony that overlooks the pool. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed and TV. These two bedrooms share a full bath. The fully equipped kitchen has a TV, dishwasher, refrigerator with an icemaker, stove, and a table that will seat four. The more formal dining area seats six. There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer complimented with an iron and ironing board. The living room area includes TV, VCR,  stereo, wet bar. The living room sky lights brighten the room. The new Carolina room adds space and brings the outside inside, creating a charming atmosphere for dining, entertaining, or lounging.

The downstairs three bedroom unit offers two queen bedrooms, and a bedroom with twins and a double bed. There is a TV and VCR in the twin bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a TV, dishwasher, refrigerator with an icemaker, microwave, stove, and seating for two. There is a dining area that will seat four. The living room has a TV, VCR, and a sleeper sofa. The Carolina room affords additional space for dining, entertaining, or simply relaxing. . The downstairs unit can accommodate eight.

WEEKLY RATES 2008 - 2009

All rates are in US dollars. The damage deposit* is returned as long as there are no damages. There needs to be at least one occupant twenty five years or over, or if married at least twenty one years old or over.

Damage deposit: $500 on the six bedroom and $300 on the three bedroom
