On the "gold coast" within steps of The Turtle Lane Beach Club, and the Sea Marsh and Ocean Golf courses, these Sea Pines vacation villas are located on premier location on Beach Lagoon Road. These are a single level three bedroom two bath villa. They are light and spaciously designed units with  great fairway views over the eighteenth of the Ocean Course. Pool access is just across the way at the club. The entry to the Beach Lagoon villas is thru a private courtyard.

When entering the unit one is greeted by a large and roomy family room that views the lagoon and the fairway. The fully equipped kitchen is a galley style, but large enough to prepare a feast. Villa 309 has had its Carolina room made into part of the great room while villa 310 has a distinct porch area, and is segregated by sliders. For those chilly winter evenings villa 310 has a fireplace in the Carolina room

There is excellent bedroom separation within these villas. At one end is the master suite that has a lagoon view. In villa 310 the master has sliders leading to the porch. At the other end of the villa are the two guest rooms that share a both. Both these bedrooms have sliders that open to the courtyard.

The bedding in the villas is similar. Both have king masters and a guest room with twins. In 309 there is a queen guest room while 310 has a swing king.

When first designed we called these villas beach bungalows mainly because the beach is so close. The beach club is an easy three minute walk, and at night one can hear the surf. For those times when you want to go into Harbourtown which is a mile away, during the season, Sea Pines offers a free trolley service. Of course you could jump on the bike and be there in five minutes.
