This charming one bedroom one bath Hilton Head beach villa is located in the Forest Beach Villas. Situated across from the Holiday Inn and only three hundred feet from the beach, this is one of the Island's most convenient locations. Within easy walking distance from these villas, guests have access to all the shopping and dining surrounding Coligny Circle and along South Forest Beach Drive. There will be days your car does not leave the covered parking area.
Our villa is a top floor corner unit. Sliders lead from both the main living area and the bedroom to the deck. Have your morning coffee overlooking the pool, tennis courts, and lagoon on one side, or the woods and a fountain lagoon on the other side. This is a wonderful spot to relax. You will also get some fabulous glimpses of bird life from here.
It is a spacious one bedroom vacation villa. The bedroom has a queen bed, and is equipped with a TV, DVD, and VCR. If you desire you can wake with the sun. Sliders lead to the deck. The living area has an open feel with plenty of room to move about. For additional sleeping, the sofa is a sleeper style enabling the villa to easily accommodate four. In the living area is another TV, DVD, VCR as well as a stereo
The full kitchen is a galley style with a convenient pass thru window to the dining area. For added convenience there is a washer and dryer.
Although it is a top level villa, there is no need to worry about stairs. This building has elevator service. On site is a large pool and sunning area, and for the tennis player there is unlimited court time. You will know you are on a southern isle, the grounds are well landscaped with azaleas and palms

The security deposit will be returned within 10 days after a
satisfactory inspection and cleaning.
