Sea Pines' Resort Vacation Villas & Condos

On Hilton Head Island the Sea Pines' vacation villas and  vacation condos have become synonymous. One will also here them referred to as town homes and bungalows. This nomenclature merely makes them distinct from the free standing Island vacation homes Although technically they are condominiums, the word villa became popular because of the implied luxuriousness. 

We primarily refer to them as villas, but we do interchange the words. When we call them a bungalow it means it is a one level unit that will share a common wall,  when termed town homes they will be multi level, and when condos it usually will mean multi storied of single level units. Confused? Don't worry, whatever you chose, a Sea Pines' vacation villa or a Sea Pines' vacation condo, you can be assured you are going to vacation in luxury.

The Sea Pines' vacation villas are found through out the plantation, but are predominately in the resort areas . The main resort areas are Harbour Town (HT), South Beach (SB), and the Turtle Lane Beach area (MB) and (NB). There are also some select villas near the Forest Preserve (Mid)
