Our Condo is a first floor end unit at the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort. With plenty of windows  you can let the beautiful Hilton head sunlight light up the villa. 

The kitchen, as well as the rest of this condo, has everything that you may need during your stay. It is a full kitchen where you will be able to prepare any meal. This vacation rental villa has been totally updated, and is comfortably appointed. There are sliders leading from the living area to your private deck where you can enjoy the breezes and the ocean view. The living area is equipped with a TV, DVD, VCR and a stereo.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed. For the children there are bunk beds, and for additional sleeping arrangements, there is a queen size sleeper sofa. There is cable TV in the master bedroom as well as the living room.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is loaded with amenities, once you arrive it is almost unnecessary to leave. The Resort's ocean front pool is the Island's largest, and there is a children's pool. For the tennis enthusiast there are ten courts  to enjoy, and they are lighted for night play

It is a gated resort with two pools, beach front cafe and bar, restaurant and lounge, convenience store, bike rentals, fishing, fitness trail, picnic area, seasonal children's activities and much more.
