Located in a quiet area of the Palmetto Dunes Resort, this newly constructed five bedroom vacation home is only a short walk to the beach. It is a professionally decorated spacious home with lots of sunlight.

The main level with cathedral ceiling is an open floor plan. The modern kitchen is done in stainless and marble, and directly opens to the large great room. The great room views the pool area, and has French doors leading to it. A master bedroom suite is also on the first level, and it also views the pool and spa area. For convenience there is a half bath on the main level

The second level of this vacation rental home contains two guest bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen while the other has a mezzanine trundle. These two bedrooms share a bath.

The third level of the home has two additional bedrooms. One is another king master suite while the other is a twin bedroom with a private bath

  The home has multiple TVs and VCRs  along with a DVD player. The pool area is spacious and you will enjoy the hot spa. Conveniently located, the beach is a short five minute walk from the home. For the golfer, the Fazio club house can be reached with a three wood and wedge. For the times you are not dining in there are four restaurants within a ten minute walk.
