Situated on a large oceanfront lot on North Forest Beach, this Hilton Head beach home is 2 bedrooms and  2 baths. It is a Hilton Head beach home that offers the maximum in private enjoyment of the beach for couples or a small family.

This is (WAS) one of the few remaining old style Hilton Head Beach Cottages. If you want a vacation to bring back memories, this is the place, not luxurious but comfortable. Of course it has the modern amenities like air conditioning, but its biggest plus is it has fantastic view of the Hilton Head beach. The yard is large enough to throw frisbees, or a football, and you have privacy.

The large screened porch and patio enlarges the interior of this beach home, and creates a nice gathering area to enjoy the ocean breezes and cook shrimp. This single level home includes 2 double sized beds in each bedroom.  Each bedroom has a private bath. The master suite opens onto the screened porch, and Hilton Head beach is right out the door. 

There is nothing like waking up to the sound of the surf washing on the sand, and the sight of the sun breaking over the horizon.

A fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living room. It has a large fireplace, and dining area. Cable television is included.

If you are looking for  a beach house on Hilton Head that will not break the bank then this is an ideal spot. It is not fancy, but when at the beach who needs fancy things, especially when you are directly on the beach. Its price less waking up to the sound of the surf washing on the sand, and the sight of the sun breaking over the horizon.
