The lowcountry style front porch overlooking the pool is light and airy with plenty of room for a large family or a group of golfers or tennis players.

This spacious duplex villa of more than 3000 square feet is located in the Port Royal Village only one block from the beach. In the village you will find a picnic area, walking and biking trails, a beach park playground and a Westin Hotel. For those who like to be active the Port Royal Tennis Club, one of the nations top clubs, is a lob away while for the golfer the pro shop is just up the road.
