The Waterford Villas are located in picturesque Shipyard Plantation, an 880 acre gated community. Overlooking the ninth fairway, the pro shop is only steps away. These units, modeled after the English town homes, offer luxurious accommodations in a golf environment. On site, the complex has a private tennis court and a private pool. The beach and the Shipyard Racquet club are only a short bike ride away. In Shipyard there are miles of bike paths, and one sees more cyclists and walkers than cars.

This unit is a two level town home, and is very well appointed. On the lower level is a large living room with a beautiful fairway view, dining room with a wet bar, and a modern kitchen. From the living room French doors open to the patio. The bedrooms, each with a private bath, are on the second level . The Master is outfitted with a queen, and views the golf course, while the other bedroom has twin beds. Also on the second level is the laundry room. This is a super unit in a quiet setting easily accessible to all the Islands amenities.

Check-in time no sooner than 4:00 p.m. During Easter week and vacation period check-in is guaranteed by 6pm. In the Summer, please do not plan to check in early. Check-out time no later than 10:00 a.m. to allow for cleanup for next guests.

Cancellation of your reservation less than ninety (90) days prior to your arrival date may result in the loss of your rental payment.
We will attempt to re-rent the property. If successful, your payment less a $100.00 handling fee will be returned.
