While attractively remote from major commercial and industrial activity, our Surf Court Villa is central to Hilton Head Island and the famous circles near the ocean. Located on South Forest Beach Drive, along the Island's bike and walk path-way system, the villa is only one block from the beach and two blocks from the Coligny Circle and Beach Market areas where one will find boutique style shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy, miniature golf and other attractions.

This newly carpeted, well appointed Surf Court Villa is very spacious with 1200 square feet of living space. Overlooking one of the Island's nicest and more private pool areas, the villa is a two level design.

The main level has the kitchen, a large living - dining area, large sliding glass doors opening to a balcony overlooking the courtyard, and a powder room. The fully equipped kitchen has just undergone remodeling. There is a new refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, toaster oven, and a timed coffee maker. For the cook's delight there are lots of cookware, dishes, and utensils. There is even a crock pot and electric fry pan.

The living room's couch is a pull out queen size bed. Also, inside the villa on this level is a full size washer and dryer. 

 

The bedrooms with  private baths and a fully stocked linen closet are upstairs. The master bedroom has a king bed, cable TV,  phone, and a large walk in closet. The guest room is outfitted with two queen beds. Additionally, there is a rollaway and a full size portable crib stored in the bedroom closet. Both tiled baths have tubs and showers.

The Island's most magnificent stretch of beach and gorgeous dunes is a couple of minutes straight down the convenient beach walk. To get rid of the sand between the toes, there is a shower at the end of the beach walk. 

This truly is a fabulous vacation spot.
