This vacation villa is true oceanfront, one hundred and eighty degrees of beach and ocean scenery is what one sees from the balcony of this one bedroom second floor Seaside villa. Recently refurbished, this unit is well appointed with a full kitchen including dishwasher, queen size bed, bunks, sleeper sofa, Berber carpet, ceiling fans, two televisions, a movie library, and a stereo system. Beach chairs, floats, and noodles are provided, and there are even binoculars for your use.

 

The Seaside complex is near Coligny Circle in the South Forest Beach area of the island, the hoi polloi of the Hilton Head. Many attractions are close by. Within walking distance of this unit there are four shopping centers with more then a hundred boutiques and thirty restaurants. You do not need the car to go to church or shopping, just leave it parked in the first level garage. On the complex's grounds there is a large picnic area with grills and tables, for those not wanting to get the sand between the toes there is an outfitted oceanfront sundeck, and of course there is a sheltered pool.

  The island's pathway system runs in front of the complex, which is real convenient for those who want to cycle, roller blade, or walk. If you want to play tennis, the Van Der Meer Tennis Center is right around the corner.
