Sea Pines

This dramatically designed Sea Pine's  vacation home is only steps from the beach. It contains two master suites. The decor in this home is outstanding. 

The front of this luxury home is taken up with the pool and patio area. Entering the home the kitchen is to the right just beyond the step up to the living room. This kitchen is spacious  and is one of the homes focal points. If you enjoy the culinary arts then this kitchen will be a pleasure. There is a powder room off the kitchen. Up a few steps from the foyer is the living room that was designed for entertaining. There is plenty of light that reaches this room.

The master bedroom suite is on the first level at the other end of the home. It is large and roomy. The bath also large has a garden tub and walk in shower. On the second level, accessed by a stairway off the foyer,  are the guest rooms. To the right are the twin bedroom and the queen bedroom. Both have private baths. To the left is the second king master. It is well done in an art deco style, of course it has a large bath.

The location of the home is convenient. The beach is only a minute away, and if you want entertainment the beach club can be reached in three minutes. For the golfer the pro shop is a seven minute walk. If you are wanting to take the shuttle to Harbourtown the stop is three minutes from your door.
