This Sea Pines vacation home is conveniently located only four homes from the beach.  A one level design, it is a bright and open home. It has a very spacious living room, and a screened porch overlooking the landscaped pool area. With more than 900 square feet of enclosed area, the screened porch is large. This a great place for lounging or dining.

 The galley style kitchen has been updated, and affords ample room for meal preparation. There are two distinct interior dining areas, one on each side of the kitchen. The breakfast area, viewing the pool and patio is for the informal times. For the more formal times there is a dining room that overlooks the porch and the pool beyond.

The bedding is comprised of a large king master, two doubles and two twins. Each bedroom has its own bath

The home has tremendous electronics including a 57" digital TV, DVD, Playstation 2, and four additional TVs all with VCRs. If you need to do some work there is a fax machine as well as broadband WI-FI Internet Access.

For the beach lover, this is an ideal Sea Pines vacation rental home. For beach activities, the Turtle Lane Beach Club is only 600 yards down the beach while Coligny Plaza is a mile up the beach. It easily can  reached by bike in five minutes. Harbour Town, two miles away, can be biked in less than fifteen minutes. With the Ocean Gate so readily accessible this is a great location for those who like to venture out of the resort.

For the tennis enthusiasts, there is complimentary tennis at the Harbourtown Racquet Club.
