This three bedroom three bath Sea Pines beach home is a single level design. Located three homes from the  ocean, the beach is only a couple of minutes away If you want entertainment, the beach club at Turtle Lane is right down the beach. The Pro shop for the golf courses is a half mile away. Harbourtown and South Beach are easy bike rides. Should you want to leave the resort the ocean gate is close by.

  The bedroom are all in one wing of the home. The master bedroom has a king,  there are two queens in one guest room, while the third bedroom has two doubles. Each bedroom has its own bath private bath. There is an open porch, and deck that is accessible from both the master and queen bedrooms.

The great room is open and views the back deck and pool area. There is a dining area off the great room. Running along the side of the home is a large screened porch. 

The kitchen is a good size and has a breakfast nook. A nice feature of it is the pass thru. It not only has a pass thru window to the great room, but also to the porch. This makes a lazy man happy.

 The pool and patio area at the rear of the homes gets good sun, and is a pleasant spot to while away some pleasure time. It is a superb spot for cook outs.
