This is a newly built Sea Pines vacation home only three houses from the beach and very close to the ocean gate. making Island wide access easy. It is a multi level home with two large living areas and ample room for large groups.

The first level contains the living room, kitchen, dining room, and a master suite. The master bedroom is outfitted with a king and of course has a private bath. There is a half bath on this level.

The mid-level contains two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twins. Both bedrooms have private baths.

Up a few stairs is the third level. It has a family room with a wet bar and refrigerator, a second master suite with king bed, and a bedroom with two queen beds. Both these bedrooms also have private baths
