Come and enjoy the best location and the best deal on Hilton Head Island -- in the heart of Palmetto Dunes Plantation. This third-row Palmetto Dunes vacation house is located on the beach path -- only a few steps from the ocean.It's just a short walk to the tennis center and Trent Jones Golf; so multiple cars are not required. 

This two-story house is nestled in a wooded lot. It features a full-size, heatable swimming pool and spa (heating of pool requires an extra charge). In 2003 the home was  redecorated and refurnished .

The six bedrooms each come with a full bathroom and a television. There are two living rooms with large TVs, two dining room areas, three decks, and a large kitchen.

There are three king master bedrooms (two swing kings), one queen bedroom, and two double twin bedded bedrooms. A pull-out sofa is located in one of the masters -- to accommodate a total of fourteen.

Additional features include two cultured marble bathrooms -- two with Jacuzzis, two-person showers, separate water closets, and dual sink vanities. 

Amenities include eight TVs, four VCRs, two DVD players, two stereos, and central air-conditioning.
The home features overstuffed furniture, a fireplace, and a lovely open floor-plan. There is plenty of room with a cozy feel. This is the perfect home to share with one or two other families -- or to reserve for a big
reunion. 

The first floor offers three bedrooms, a walk-in, two-person shower, and a comfortable living room in which meals can be served. This floor is handicapped accessible from the covered garage. 

From the first floor there is direct access -- without steps, to a large, covered deck leading to the pool and spa. Three staircases (two exterior and one interior) of approximately fourteen steps lead to the
second floor. The second floor has a second  living room, dining room,  kitchen, and three bedrooms.

For only $51 per night, per person (assuming fourteen occupants) in-season, you can enjoy quintessential Hilton Head beach life, and come and go with complete privacy.

What's nearby

Hilton Head has 250 restaurants, great supermarkets, outlet shopping galore, active tennis centers, some of the best golf in the country, and the most beautiful beach on the east coast.

Fine dining and sports activities are within walking distance. The kids can safely roam the plantation without having to be ferried to their activities.

You can ride bikes on the beach to ocean side dining -- or inland to outlet shopping, entertainment at Shelter Cove, or several of the greatest restaurants on the Island (Charlie's, Santa Fe, Taste of
Thailand, San Miguel's, and Alexander's).

Within a ten-minute drive there are mini golf courses, arcades, a water park, multiple-screen movie theaters, and a teen night club. For adults there are several spots offering great live music, fine dining, and
romantic views of the ocean.

The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center is the best on the island. And there's no problem arranging matches at your level. The Trent Jones, Fazio, or Arthur Hill Golf Courses in Palmetto Dunes are among the best in the state. Within a short drive there are nineteen championship public golf courses. 

Top off the perfect day with a walk or bike ride on the beach and a soak in the spa. Then drop off into dreamland watching a video from your feather-soft, king-size bed.

Even if you don't need all the bedrooms, this vacation home is still a great deal and a perfect location.

• To guarantee your reservation a 50% deposit is due within 7 days after date of booking. A confirmation letter and rental agreement will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance will be due thirty days prior to your arrival date.
  
  A $200 refundable damage security deposit is required.

• During the summer months, Check-in time is on Saturday no sooner than 4:00 p.m. while Check-out time on Saturday is no later than 10:00 a.m. We need to allow cleanup time for the next guests.
• In the Summer, please do not plan to check in early.

• Cancellation of your reservation less than thirty (30) days prior to your arrival date may result in the loss of your rental payment.
• We will attempt to re-rent the property. If successful, your payment less $50.00 handling fee will be returned.
