Located on the "gold coast" in Sea Pines the Turtle Lane oceanfront villa complex holds the Island's premier ocean front units with the most commanding ocean views. From the top floor villas one can see nearly all 12 miles of the Hilton Head Beach.
The oceanfront Turtle Lane villas are in two buildings, the West House and the East House. The East House uses a four digit numbering system while the West House uses a three. The two buildings are mirrors of one another. With more than 2000 square feet the villas are considered large. There are only three villas per floor and are comprised of two, three, and four bedrooms with at least three baths. The Turtle Lane villas are able to accommodate six to ten very comfortably.
The buildings do have elevator access, so there is no need to worry about the stairs.
This is a restricted complex in the heart of Sea Pines with its own security gate. The beach club is only yards up the beach while the Sea Marsh and Ocean golf courses are within walking distance. There are two pools reserved for unit guests.
The Sea Pines Beach club with its entertainment and dining is just a few steps up the beach from Turtle Lane.. The pro shops for the Ocean and Sea Marsh courses is an easy stroll across the street. For those times you want to leave the car parked, the Harbourtown trolley has a pick up point in front of the Beach Club.
