The Main Level includes two master suites and two additional bedrooms. Master Suite I opens onto a deck overlooking the 15 foot by 31 foot heated pool and a spacious hot tub. This deck area is a great place to wake up and read the paper, or enjoy watching the kids in the pool later in the day. This bedroom features a king bed, a tub, shower, his and her walk-in closets, access to deck, and outdoor shower. Master Suite II (25 by 13) features a king bed and a spacious new bathroom with tiled floor and shower. The "Blue Bedroom" on this level features a set of bunks and a queen bed with a festive decor. The final bedroom on this level has two twin beds. There is a full bathroom adjacent to these rooms and a laundry room.

The kitchen is well stocked and you have your choice of dining inside or outside on the screened porch. The Grande Room has a beautiful gas fireplace, 42"plasma TV with surround sound and windows and deck overlooking the pool.

 A wet bar on this level is located adjacent to the deck overlooking the pool. The Game area features a sitting area with a sleeper sofa and a game table which is great for puzzles, games or just chatting over coffee.

The 15'x 31' pool is a great place to relax and catch some rays! There is decking area two levels around the pool that is great for sunning and relaxing. Trust me, you will love the screen because you won't even think about bugs! The hot tub is adjacent to the pool and is quite roomy.

The Second Floor offers Master Suite III and an additional bedroom. Master Suite III (25 by 13) features a two way gas log fireplace opening to bedroom and bath, Rainforest shower with steam, walk-in closets, heated bath floors, air jet chroma-therapy spa with heated backrest and European fixtures. The "Summer Kitchen" on the Second Floor includes a miniature refrigerator, wet bar, and coffeemaker. The other second floor bedroom has two queens and a full bath is located in the hallway. All master bedrooms are equipped with cable TV.

The First Level of the house features a "Getaway Room" that can be used for games, TV, or whatever. There is a refrigerator in this room as well. The sixth bathroom is on this level. 

The one-car garage is great for bikes and beach equipment and additional covered parking. An elevator on this level provides access to each floor for guests and their belongings. The home is wired for wireless high speed internet access, so bring your laptop! This home definitely offers quality beyond the typical beach home!

• To guarantee your reservation a 50% deposit is due within 7 days after date of booking. A confirmation letter and rental agreement will be mailed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance will be due thirty days prior to your arrival date. The key code to the home will be emailed upon receipt of the signed rental agreement and payment of balance due.
  
  A $500 refundable  security deposit is required.
