Sea Pines

This four bedroom Sea Pines vacation home is second row ocean, less than a minute to the beach. Sit out on the large screened porch which gives a glimpse of the Atlantic and overlooks the private pool, and listen to the surf. Located only two streets north of the Turtle Lane Beach Club one can easily walk to the golf courses. Free tennis is offered at the Van der Meer Tennis Center. In addition to the four bedrooms there is a downstairs den which has a sleeper sofa. This non smoking home can easily accommodate ten.

The home is a Sea Pines beach designed home. During your travel throughout the resort you will notice many similar architectural designs. It is two levels. On the lower level is a large den which is a great family gathering spot especially when coming in from the pool area. There is also a twin bedroom and bath on this level.

On the main level is a living room that looks over the screened porch toward the beach, a hundred feet away. You may get a glimpse of the Atlantic from here or the porch. There are three bedrooms on the main level. The king master has a private bath while the guest king shares a bath with the twin bedroom.

The kitchen is a galley style and opens to the dining area. The pool area is large and gets some good son. It is enveloped with mature landscaping and a privacy wall. The beachwalk is adjacent to the home, so getting there is a snap. A five year old can get there in under 15 seconds.

This home is a wonderful beach getaway.
